Scope. Interior steel-stud framing and drywall hanging brought the sales floor up from a bare shell; drywall finishing and taping closed out the restroom and back-room walls and ceiling, including a new exhaust-fan cutout; site work covered the parking lot's painted safety bollards.
Outcome. One crew carried framing, hanging, and finishing through as one scope on one schedule, the exact three-service depth Duane asked to have highlighted on this site.
